License to Use App

TravelBuddy AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the app strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Subscription Services

TravelBuddy AI offers a subscription service for users to access unlimited AI chat questions about travel. By subscribing to the service, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the access to these services.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription settings provided in the store app on your device (App Store or Google Play). Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TravelBuddy AI and its licensors.

User Conduct

You are forbidden from using the app or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
