Transportation in Ninh Bình

To get around Ninh Bình, Vietnam, I recommend renting a motorbike or a bike, as it's the most convenient and cost-effective way to explore the city and its surroundings. You can rent a motorbike or a bike from various rental shops in Ninh Bình city, and the roads are generally flat and easy to navigate. If you prefer not to drive, taxis and Grab are also available, but be aware that traffic in Ninh Bình city can be chaotic. Additionally, you can also use buses to get around, but the bus system in Ninh Bình is not as developed as in other cities in Vietnam. It's also worth noting that some attractions, such as Tam Coc, are located outside of the city center, so you may need to take a taxi or ride-hailing service to get there.
