Transportation in Seville

To get around Seville, Spain, you have several options. The city has a compact center, making it easy to explore on foot, and many attractions are within walking distance. However, if you prefer not to walk, you can use the tram, which runs partway along Barrio Santa Cruz to Plaza Nueva, or buses, which cover most areas of the city. The tram and buses are run by Tussam, and you can plan your journey using their app, which is available in Spanish. You can also buy bus tickets on board or purchase a rechargeable Tarjeta Multiviaje from Tussam information stands or ticket machines at tram stops. Additionally, some hotels in Seville are not accessible by taxi, so it's a good idea to check with your hotel beforehand. Smoking is still allowed in many Spanish hotels, so it's a good idea to request a non-smoking room when booking.
